How does it work?
It's simple! Pick your chain, choose your charms, and we'll assemble your piece on the spot. You can mix and match as many charms as you'd like.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually process within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
Do you take returns?
Since each piece is custom, all sales are final. However, if there's a problem with your order, please reach out and we'll make it right!
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! You can purchase e-gift cards or ship directly to someone special. Add a note at checkout if it's a gift.
